1.个人基本情况:
许强华,女,博士,教授,博士生导师,上海市“曙光学者”、上海市“浦江学者”,上海市“青年科技启明星”,上海海洋大学海洋学者,上海海洋大学首届海鸥学者。四川大学生命科学学院动物学专业理学学士;西北大学生命科学学院动物学专业理学硕士(动物遗传方向);浙江大学生命科学学院动物学专业理学博士(保护遗传与分子生态学方向);日本九州大学生命科学学府访问学者(一年);美国密歇根州立大学渔业与野生动物学系访问学者(两年)。以研究海洋动物环境适应与分子进化机制为核心内容,聚焦南极与深渊海域,开展极端环境海洋生物适应进化机制与基因资源挖掘研究工作,解析水生物种响应低温、低氧环境胁迫的调控网络与适应性进化。先后主持科技部重点研发计划课题1项,主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、主持教育部科学技术研究项目1项、主持上海市教委曙光项目、上海市科委浦江人才计划等各级课题10余项,骨干参加国家科技部重点研发计划2项、国家基金委国际合作项目、国家基金委重点项目、国家海洋863等多个重大项目。以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在BMC Biology, Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology, Molecular Ecology, Gigascience, Molecular Biology & Evolution等国际知名杂志上发表SCI收录论文40余篇,SCI引用检索他引次数达700余次。研究成果获2019年度海洋科学技术奖一等奖(排名第2,2/15)、2020年教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖一等奖(排名第2,2/12)。
2.主要研究方向:
实验室主要研究方向是极端环境动物适应进化机制与基因资源挖掘,特别关注南极极端低温、青藏高原低氧、以及深渊极端环境条件下,动物的适应性分子发育及进化机制。目前实验室的研究方向包括:
[1]南极鱼类适应极端低温环境下的心血管发育与进化机制;
[2]青藏高原裂腹鱼高原适应的分子进化机制;
[3]深渊宏生物的适应性进化机制;
[4]鱼类的低温/低氧胁迫适应与分子进化机制;
[5]鱼类抗逆基因的挖掘和利用。
