张燕雪丹，法学博士，副教授，研究生导师。长期从事渔业法、海洋环境保护法、渔业贸易与环境、环境公益诉讼等方面的研究与实务工作，参与了多项和渔业相关的法律法规制修订，海洋及渔业执法咨询与培训，成果获联合国有关部门、我国政府部门采纳。
