余为，1989年生，博士，研究员，硕士生导师，海渔系教师。美国马萨诸塞州立大学2年访问学者；农业农村部渔业渔政局借调干部；兼任Frontiers in Marine Science、Fisheries Management and Ecology和PLOS Climate编委，中国水产科学、渔业科学进展和南方水产科学青年编委，上海海洋大学青年教师工作委员会委员以及Communications Earth & Environment等15个高水平SCI 期刊审稿人。以第一/通讯作者围绕大洋鱿鱼渔场形成机制、气候影响评估、渔情智慧预报和国际渔业治理等领域发表论文110篇（SCI 48篇），研究成果发表在Reviews in Fish Biology and Fisheries等渔业、海洋学和生态学顶尖期刊上；主笔完成国家报告2 份，资政报告4份（1份部局领导批示，1份通报表扬），研究报告6份；第一完成人出版专著1 本并荣获国家级优秀海洋图书，参编3部著作；授权第一完成人发明专利6项；荣获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖，全国农牧渔业丰收奖农业技术推广成果奖一等奖、神农中华农业科技奖二等奖、海洋科学技术奖一等奖等12项科技奖项。主持国家自然科学基金、2项上海市自然科学基金、上海市人才发展资金、上海市教委AI专项、2项国家重点研发计划子课题、海洋十年中国基金重点项目、多项农业农村部重大专项子课题、博士后基金等项目。
